On Bright Friday, April 22, 2023, in the Romanian Episcopal Chapel in the Norwegian city of Bergen, where the icons of the Mother of God “Welcome of Strangers” and “The Nursing Mother” from Țibleș are venerated, The Right Reverend Father Macarie Drăgoi of the Diocese of Northern Europe conferred the Episcopal Order “Northern Cross” on Father Professor John Behr of the College of Aberdeen, Scotland, during the Vespers service.
